About Maayan
Me and my approach
As both a therapist and a parent, I understand how layered and demanding life can feel - especially during periods of transition. I have a particular interest in the emotional realities that often go unspoken, especially around parenting and modern life.

My work is grounded in psychodynamic and relational therapy. My approach helps you understand your own patterns and the connection between past and present experiences - we repeat what we don't repair.
Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. I bring an authentic, engaged, and relational style to the work. I value the relationships with my clients and aim to create a space that feels both supportive and honest, where real growth can happen.
